Your Microsoft organization requires an IT admin to approve Multical before you can connect your calendar. Once your admin grants approval, sign back in and try connecting again.

Rules control which events block time on your other calendar, so you never get double-booked.
Delete all Multical-created "Busy" blocks from every connected calendar. Does not affect your real events. Run manual sync afterward to recreate blocks according to your rules.
