I don't think we lost human connection.
I think we built systems that suppress it.
The most valuable thing in the world is still the same as it’s always been: people meeting people.
That’s where everything comes from — ideas, relationships, opportunities, meaning.
But look at what we use every day.
Feeds. Metrics. Passive consumption.
We’ve engineered a world where connection is secondary to attention.
That’s backwards.
So we started building something different.
Ami is based on a simple belief: the right people, in the right place, at the right time — that’s what changes your life.[cite:3]
When you’re in a room, traveling, in a park, at a restaurant, connections are everywhere.
You are far more connected to the people around you than you realize.
Social systems have solved every problem short of spatiality — the most important problem of all.[cite:3]
These system require your location, and you build your own spatial graph out to activate it.[cite:3]
Once you do, it feels like the world snaps into focus.
Behind Ami is the Alchemist — a system actor that turns invisible connections into real-world experiences.[cite:3]
When your worlds intersect, the Alchemist turns it into a moment that can result in pure magic.[cite:3]
Real-world interaction.
Ami makes that more likely to happen. More often. More naturally. At scale.[cite:3]
It’s not about going backwards.
It’s about finally building technology that aligns with how life actually works.
This is Ami. Welcome to the spatial network.

Got invited to join this app and it’s been pretty wild so far! Had the chance to introduce some friends that were at a bar one night and they’ve been hanging out ever since.Really cool way to meet ppl through trusted friends rather than dating apps or apps that force you into awkward group datesIf you can get an invite, I recommend checking it out
📈This app is going to be huge

Easily one of the most magical apps I’ve ever used! Even in invite-only Ami was the first in its category to ever work for me. in the last month I’ve met 4 people completely serendipitously! Can’t even begin to imagine how magic this will be when it’s available to everyoneCan’t recommend enough for people looking to make new connections in their city!
Unbelievable
Wowzabowza
I know this is still just a preview, but this is the most mind blowing product I’ve ever used. It’s created serendipity for me multiple times already, and real life magic is so much more satisfying than anything I’ve ever experienced. Can’t wait for this to launch and get to the masses!!! Insane

This app makes a lot of sense and makes it easy connecting people together in real life.
- A more beautiful map. Venues now appear as refractive glass-orb pucks with emoji glyphs - a richer, more tactile way to see what's around you.
- The map is also smarter and smoother right away. It now frames the most interesting spots automatically.
- Performance improvements to venue animations keep things fluid.
- Fixed a glitch where the map lock and a focused sheet could fight over the screen.
- Fixed a glitch where links you receive in messages were not tappable.
- We tuned Ami intro notifications - capped per person and filtered for quality.
