Clients sign affinity headers, workers validate them, and chat scheduling uses authenticated affinity IDs. Configuration, retry behavior, serialization, and HTTP routing tests cover the change. - Around line 208-216: Update _get_request_headers and the corresponding worker
authentication flow to add replay protection for affinity-authenticated
requests: require HTTPS/mTLS for the worker path, or generate a request nonce
and validate it against a replay cache before accepting the request. Ensure
validate_subagent_affinity rejects stale or previously used authentication data
while preserving normal header construction.

445-447: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winAssert schedule-specific behavior.
OpenAIDisaggregatedServiceusesschedule_styleto select the dispatch method and propagates it throughdisaggregated_params. This test records only per-role affinity placement and rank. It does not record cross-role dispatch order or inspect the propagated schedule value in the worker fixture. A schedule-specific regression can therefore pass while affinity placement remains correct. Add one assertion for dispatch order ordisaggregated_params.schedule_style.Coverage summary: The parameterized case covers HTTP transport, both handlers, affinity scopes, and ADP placement. Schedule-specific dispatch or worker consumption is not covered. Coverage verdict: insufficient.

Description
An ordinary aggregated chat request could supply
x-trtllm-subagent-affinity-idand override its conversation-aware ADP routing key, even with the disaggregated subagent feature disabled. Aggregated servers now ignore that header; CTX/GEN workers accept affinity only with a valid signature from the edge. The edge signs affinity using the existing
internal_request_auth_keyand a separatex-trtllm-subagent-affinity-authheader. The signature binds the parent routing hint to the worker role, model, child conversation ID, request type, and disaggregated request ID. Standard and Harmony chat share the validation path. The existing KV-transfer authentication signature remains unchanged.Deployment: affinity forwarding now requires a shared internal key on the edge and workers. Upgrade edges before workers: upgraded workers reject unsigned affinity from older edges. Configuration and rolling-upgrade guidance are documented.
Follow-up to #18684 and its header-ingestion review and service-test review.
