Adds Claude Opus 4.8 to the Anthropic known model suggestions in the
/agentsmodel settings panel. The new entry uses the latest models.dev metadata for context, output limits, pricing, and adaptive reasoning defaults, and is ordered before Opus 4.7.Updates the known-model unit tests and Storybook interaction coverage so the Anthropic happy path and popover ordering validate Opus 4.8.
