Conflict resolution notes
The cherry-pick conflicted in generated database files because the new
HasTemplateVersionsUsingCachedModuleFileInOrgquery sits adjacent to chatdmethods (
HydrateAgentChatsContext,IncrementChatGenerationAttempt) that donot exist on
release/2.34. Resolved by keeping only the new query and itsgenerated bindings in
querier.go,dbmetrics/querymetrics.go,dbmock/dbmock.go, anddbauthz/dbauthz.go, then runninggofmt. Affectedpackages (
./coderd/database/...,./coderd/provisionerdserver/...) buildsuccessfully.
