Phantom TinyMCE dialogs can remain after closing editor #231

To reproduce:

1. Open an Editor control.
2. Make a link so that the inline link dialog is appearing.
3. Click to close the editor.

Bug: The link modal erroneously remains displayed over the preview:

There may be other instances of this happening for other dialogs.
