No, you do not need a credit card. Our 14-day free plan lets you try the service without paying anything. When you are ready to upgrade you can pay by credit card or wire transfer. ### Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel mid-month you will be charged for that month. ### What is a parallel test? Parallel tests are how many tests you can run at the same time. More parallel tests means a shorter total test run. Once you reach your monthly testing time you can no longer run tests until your next billing month, or you can upgrade to a larger plan. ### What forms of payment do you accept? Yes, for very large test suites we offer custom high-volume packages with discounted per-minute rates. Device usage is counted from the time your app or browser is started on the device, until you stop the test. We do not charge for device startup, cleaning or preparation. For example: if you you run 1 test for 20 minutes, or 5 tests for 4 minutes, both times 20 minutes will be deducted from your plan. ### Do unused device minutes roll over to the next billing month? Unused minutes do not roll over to your next billing month. At the start of your next billing month, the minutes for your account are set to their default value. ### What happens when I upgrade or downgrade? If you decide to upgrade your account, the upgrade will take effect immediately. If you had a previous plan, the remaining prorated amount will be refunded.
