Cloud-IAM's Data Processing Agreement

This GDPR Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms part of the Master Services Agreement or Terms of Use available at https://www.cloud-iam.com/en/terms or such other location as the Terms of Use may be posted from time to time (as applicable, the “Agreement”), entered into by and between the Customer and Cloud-IAM. (“Cloud-IAM”), pursuant to which Customer has accessed Cloud-IAM’s Application Services as defined in the applicable Agreement.‍
