Hi, I just want to thank you for everything you done for me there and it meant the world to me as I was feeling very down and lonely and you gave me lots of links and other things to help with them feelings.

it was a small, short chat, but it was a moment where I wasn't lonely, where someone wanted to know how I was. I can't thank you enough for that.

Thanks so much to the volunteer who replied to my message at 5am this morning when I was feeling really stressed and concerned about a situation that had just happened with my boyfriend. She was so reassuring and it was like speaking to one of my best friends. Communicating with my volunteer and opening up to her helped me open up to my boyfriend and sort everything out with him. Which I wouldn't have been able to do without your help. This is the first time I've used a service like this and 100% won't be the last. Thank you so so much.

I appreciated the help. It was brief, but I was sad and crying and feeling really adrift. I couldn't get a hold of anyone in my life and I needed something to anchor me. The chat really stopped me drifting further into my head.
