Context
The release workflow now uses the Allure CI GitHub App instead of the legacy
QAMETA_CIpersonal access token. Release tagging, version bump commits, and GitHub release creation continue to run under the dedicated automation identity.This keeps release automation on scoped app credentials and removes the repository’s dependency on a long-lived PAT for release operations.
