Add DelegatingMetricData #6195
Description
Similar to already existing https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java/blob/main/sdk/trace/src/main/java/io/opentelemetry/sdk/trace/data/DelegatingSpanData.java can we add DelegatingMetricData? For exactly the same use-case.

This makes sense 👍. Its somewhat related to #4389, which is about adding
TestMetricDataclasses akin toTestSpanData.Would you be willing to contribute this?
