[macOS] Honor the JAVA_HOME environment variable

(this is a followup to #623 which seems to not cover macOS)

VisualVM should respect JAVA_HOME variable when detecting JDK to be used.

Maybe, but #248 seems to be partially fixed in #623 and, as suggested in 623, I created explicit one for macOS which should also fix 248?

I specifically said "kind of". I'm linking related issues - that is all.
