Optimized infrastructure

Advanced hosting architecture

Servebolt uses high-performance infrastructure to power your websites and applications while keeping the technology stack simple and easy to work with.

  • High-availability hardware

Our infrastructure is designed for high availability, with failover components across all layers of the stack. If a component fails, automatic failover redirects operations to available components, helping maintain uptime and improve reliability for your websites.

  • Vigilant monitoring

Beyond automated failover systems, our team continuously monitors every component of the platform and takes action when potential issues are detected. This proactive approach helps identify and resolve problems before they impact availability and reliability.

  • Lightweight hosting infrastructure

We keep our hosting infrastructure lightweight to deliver fast, efficient performance. This means fewer layers and less unnecessary code need to run, helping your websites and applications perform faster. It also allows for simpler scaling while using fewer resources, supporting a more sustainable hosting approach.

  • Optimized network connectivity

Servebolt partners with leading network operators to provide reliable, high-performance connectivity. In some regions, we also use low-latency InfiniBand for internal networking to optimize communication between systems.

FAQs

Common questions before getting started

Still have questions?

  • How do I choose the right Cloud region?

Select the Servebolt Cloud region that is physically closest to the majority of your users. This minimizes the distance to your origin server and helps reduce latency. If the distance to your origin exceeds 70–80 ms, we recommend adding Cloudflare to further improve performance.

  • How to change Cloud region?

If your audience changes or your hosting requirements evolve, you can move to another Cloud region in the Servebolt Admin panel. Our team can help you choose the best location for your needs.

  • Where are Servebolt Cloud regions located?

Servebolt Cloud regions are available in strategically selected locations across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with more locations planned.

  • How are data center locations selected?

We carefully select our Cloud regions based on key factors that ensure fast, secure, and reliable hosting. When choosing our locations, we look for:
    • Proximity to major internet hubs and internet exchanges
    • Multiple redundant, low-latency, high-bandwidth internet connections
    • High physical security with a minimum of three security layers
    • Dual-redundant power supply
    • ISO-certified data centers
    • Less than 5 ms latency to the nearest Cloudflare node

  • Which CDNs are supported by Servebolt?

You can use any CDN of your choice with Servebolt Cloud.

  • Should I always use a CDN for performance?

No. If the majority of your visitors are located close to your Servebolt Cloud region (under approximately 70–80 ms latency), you may not see a performance improvement from using a CDN.
