How to bulk remove 30000 comments from my site ?

Sorry you’re dealing with that flood of spam. You don’t need to go 20 at a time, and there are two faster ways to clear it.
If you have Akismet running, go to Comments > Pending in your WP Admin and click the “Check for Spam” button. Akismet checks the whole pending queue and moves the spam out for you. With this many comments it may stop partway, so just click it again to carry on. More on that here: https://akismet.com/support/general/can-akismet-check-my-old-comments-for-spam/
To clear out whatever is left:
- On the Comments > Pending screen, open “Screen Options” at the top right.
- Raise “Number of items per page” to a few hundred.
- Tick the checkbox at the top of the list to select every comment on the page.
- Choose “Move to Trash” from the Bulk actions dropdown and click Apply.
- Repeat until the queue is empty.
If you’d rather remove them all at once at the database level, your developer or site admin can help you explore that. Please make sure a full backup is taken first.
